Course Description:
In the Pharmaceutical Industry, to be in compliance with GMP, it is of utmost importance to manage CAPAs, or Corrective and Preventative. CAPAs are used to address issues that have already caused problems. However, if managed effectively, CAPAs can also prevent future problems from occurring. Finding the root cause and developing SMART actions will help organisations to avoid future compliance issues and ensure a high level of quality in their products.
